The best moving experience, we can't thank you enough for bringing ease into what was a stressful experience. We were dreading the process of moving and in a matter of a few hours your team had us packed, moved out and moved in to our new flat, with all the boxes labeled and organised by room. We really appreciate your professionalism, punctuality, efficiency, and care in handling our belongings, thank you! Highly recommend to anyone who needs a reliable, trustworthy removals company.

We had quotes from three different companies to move a two-bed flat, and MTC Removals provided the best option with flexibility and competitive pricing. They gave us a very accurate estimate for the contents to be moved, both in terms of cost and time, and Soraya answered all of our questions.

We'd read reviews of other companies that took a long time packing and were hesitant to go ahead given that the services were hired by the hour. We are so glad we chose them, they are clearly expert packers, careful, swift and efficient. All of our belongings, including my most prized and delicate kitchen appliances, arrived without a single dent. They were also really careful with the walls of both flats.

The guys came earlier than the arranged time and were ready to carry out the removal. They were so understanding as they had to wait 15 mins for me to arrive. Very were very efficient, patient and respectful of myself and the item. They took time to wrap the 77’ TV carefully with bubble wrap and cardboard to protect the screen. They had a pleasant and cheerful manner, did not mind carrying the TV down two flights of stairs after being told that they could not use the lift. They secured the TV in the removal van and delivered in tact at the delivery address. Upon arrival there , they positioned the TV for me on the stand. removed all wrapping and checked the TV to see if working okay. Everything went smoothly- they even accepted taking a large art picture I had . Highly recommended. Thanks for a good job 😊

I booked MTC on short notice for a flat move after the original removal service I booked did not turn up, and they were professional, speedy and kind from start to finish. They arrived an hour after I called, and loaded everything in just 20 mins. They were also very fast unloading, and very careful with all my belongings all while having great communication from start to finish. Great service and really helped me in a sticky situation 😊

Our company recently used MTC Removals for a large office relocation, moving over 70 staff from EC2 to SE1. From start to finish, the process was flawless. The project manager visited beforehand to assess the scope and created a clear plan so downtime was minimal. On moving day, the crew arrived early, provided crate hire for our files and IT equipment, and protected the floors and lifts at both locations. They dismantled and reassembled more than 70 desks and chairs, transported all monitors and computers safely, and ensured everything was set up at the new office so staff could get back to work quickly. Our company recently used MTC Removals for a large office relocation, moving over 70 staff from EC2 to SE1. From start to finish, the process was flawless. The project manager visited beforehand to assess the scope and created a clear plan so downtime was minimal. On moving day, the crew arrived early, provided crate hire for our files and IT equipment, and protected the floors and lifts at both locations. Moving house is stressful but I couldn’t fault the service MTC provided and the move itself went as smoothly as possible. Communication was easy in the run up and very accommodating, the vans turned up on time and an incredibly efficient and charming team made a big job look easy. Moving house is stressful but I couldn’t fault the service MTC provided and the move itself went as smoothly as possible. Very pleased with the removal service from MTC! They were quick, had the right tools to make moving as efficient and safe as possible. They dismantled some of my furniture too and reassembled it (better than I had put it together tbh). They were careful with my TV and furniture generally, and nothing of mine was broken or jostled too much as they had packed it tightly in the van.
Even their customer service leading up to the booking and removal day was good! Very responsive and communicative.
